Over five years ago, Kisoboka Christian schools established two Christian Fellowships, one in Kisoboka Junior and another in Kisoboka Senior. The fellowships are spiritually enriching and are conducted by both students and pastor teachers. Many students grow in faith and hope in their Lord Jesus Christ, and we have witnessed a desire among them to serve God. These daily services last for 30 minutes, with Friday services extended to 45 minutes during lunchtime.
As time progressed, we felt inspired by God to initiate Sunday church services that combine both primary and secondary students, and are open to teachers, parents, and the entire community. Our services run from 10:30 AM for two hours, comprising praise, worship, testimonies, and preaching primarily conducted by Pastor Paddy, Pastor Steven, and Pastor Gerald. We train students in liturgy, leading praise, worship, and giving testimonies, with secondary students participating in preaching. All services and fellowships encourage members to pray and read their Bibles.
Challenge
We face challenges as the church environment feels like a schoolroom. Our volunteer Pastors deserve a small token of appreciation for their sacrifices, including help with transportation and meals.
Overall, we have seen notable progress and positive developments in the lives of children. We believe that our efforts are having a meaningful impact on the community, one individual at a time.
How You Can Help...
We sincerely seek sponsors for each Pastor. A contribution of $25 per month would be a blessing.
